If your item sells in a shorter time period than you requested, e-mail 

Classifieds to have it deleted early.

1.    Submissions will be reviewed and approved by appointed property owners board member prior to being posted.

2.    Each submission will be posted for the time period specified on the request, and then deleted. A new submission is required to have the ad posted again.

3.    An appointed property owners board member  will review all submissions within 48 business hours of the request.

4.    If your submission is not approved, you will be notified.  When possible, recommendations for changes will be made to help qualify the submission for posting.

5.    Appointed property owners board member  will monitor and edit all postings to maintain the integrity of the electronic bulletin board.

6.    There will be no abuse of the electronic bulletin board.
